 Networking is about give and take. When you network with colleagues, friends, family, or any professional, you must showcase your value as their connection.
What is it that you can offer your network?
Typically, you must evaluate each relationship and what is important to them.
Can you introduce your connection to someone relative to their industry?
Can you refer someone to a job? Can you extend your knowledge to help find a solution to a problem?
When we share with our network, we can expect our network to return the favor.
